We believe that the sole basis for our faith and teaching is the Holy Bible, the inspired, infallible, and authoritative Word of God consisting of the Old and New Testaments.
The Scriptures reveal God’s character, His redemptive plan through Jesus Christ, and His will for humanity. They are the supreme and final authority in all matters of faith, doctrine, and practice.
God’s Word is living and active, able to expose deception, renew the mind, and lead believers into truth and freedom.
We believe there is one true God who exists eternally as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit—three Persons sharing one divine nature.
God is holy, righteous, loving, just, merciful, sovereign, and unchanging. His character defines truth, goodness, and justice.
Not only does God desire a relationship with humanity and reveals Himself through His Word, His Spirit, and His Son, Jesus Christ; His nature is to inculcate dependency upon His love within us.
We believe that Jesus Christ is the eternal Son of God who became human through the miraculous conception of the Holy Spirit and the Virgin Mary.
Jesus lived a sinless life and died on the cross as the substitutionary sacrifice for our sins, satisfying God’s justice and demonstrating His love.
Jesus rose bodily from the dead, ascended into heaven, intercedes for believers, and will return in glory to judge the living and the dead.
We believe that the Holy Spirit is fully God and is the Lord and Giver of Life who convicts the world of sin, righteousness, and judgment.
The Holy Spirit lives within every believer, guiding them into truth and empowering them to live a life that honors God. The indwelling of the Holy Spirit makes us a temple of the Living God.
Through the Holy Spirit, believers receive strength to resist sin, grow in holiness, and bear spiritual fruit; not by works of the flesh.
We believe that God created humanity in His image to live in relationship with Him and steward His creation. We were designed to bear His image. We bear His image by imitating His Son Jesus.
Through disobedience, humanity fell into sin, bringing separation from God and spiritual death into the world. Separation from God is defined by independence from Him.
All people are born with a sinful nature and are in need of forgiveness, restoration, and new life through Jesus Christ. The new life is a restoration of our dependence on God though faith in His truth.
We believe that salvation is a gift from God that cannot be earned through good works or religious effort; this applies to us before and after baptism.
Salvation is received through faith in the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ. We are reborn as a new creation, our old self dies, a new self is born.
Those who trust in Christ are forgiven, justified, adopted into God’s family, and given eternal life.
We believe that spiritual growth is a lifelong journey in which believers become more like Jesus Christ; not to earn Salvation but to be healed from the effects of sin on our mortal bodies.
Transformation occurs as believers renew their minds through Scripture and learn to live according to truth rather than lies.
Believers are called to pursue holiness and depend on the Holy Spirit for strength and guidance; not to earn salvation, but to do the good works God planned in advance for us to do.
We believe that every believer receives a new identity in Jesus Christ; the identity is who we were designed to be from the foundation of the World but our sin robbed us of it. Identity is claimed through faith not earned.
Believers are no longer defined by past sin, addiction, trauma, or failure but by God’s declaration of righteousness.
Understanding our identity in Christ enables us to live in freedom, confidence, and obedience.
We believe that repentance involves turning away from sin and turning toward God.
Transformation happens as believers reject deception and embrace the truth of God’s Word.
Lasting change comes through surrender to Christ and obedience to His truth. God is love and His truth heals us. His truth aligns us with his design which is the best circumstance for us to live under.
We believe that believers face spiritual opposition from Satan and the forces of darkness. A threefold enemy: the World, the Flesh and the Devil.
Strongholds form when lies are believed and practiced over time. They become especially entrenched in a believer's heart in times of trauma and abuse, but can also be entrenched through repetition of belief. Stronghold cause us to live as if the lies are real even though the lies are contrary to God's word. This manifests as sinful behaviors (like using porn despite the knowledge of how wrong porn is morally) but can be as subtle as road rage, anxiety, gossip, etc.
Believers, once submitted to God, can resist the devil and overcome deception through the authority of Jesus Christ and the truth of God’s Word. It is the truth that sets us free.
We believe that those who belong to Jesus Christ cannot be possessed by demons because they are indwelt by the Holy Spirit and belong to God. However, believers may experience demonic oppression, temptation, accusation, and deception as part of the ongoing spiritual battle in this fallen world.
We believe that Satan is a created being who rebelled against God and now opposes His purposes. He is not equal to God, not omniscient, not omnipresent, and not omnipotent. He cannot read the thoughts of believers and can only influence people through deception, temptation, accusation, and external pressure. Satan’s power is limited, and his ultimate defeat was secured through the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ.
We believe that Jesus Christ fully defeated Satan and the powers of darkness through His finished work on the cross. Believers do not fight for victory but from victory. Through faith in Christ, they are given authority to resist the devil, stand in truth, and walk in freedom. Prayer and spiritual warfare rest on the completed work of Jesus Christ. In His name and under His authority, believers may rebuke spiritual opposition, renounce lies, and command all forces of darkness to submit to the Lordship of Jesus Christ.
We believe that Jesus Christ came to set people free from sin, shame, fear, and spiritual bondage.
Freedom is not merely the absence of sin but the presence of a new life in Christ.
Believers experience freedom as they walk in obedience to Christ and rely on the Holy Spirit. Self-reliance is bondage; regardless of how good it feels in that bondage.
We believe that believers are called to confess their sins to God and to trusted believers.
God forgives those who repent and restores them to fellowship with Him.
Confession and accountability help bring healing, reconciliation, and spiritual growth. This is accomplished by helping each other identify lies the other is believing and intercessory prayer to stifle demonic oppression.
We believe that the Church is the global community of believers united in Jesus Christ. They often disagree on doctrine, but doctrinal disagreement does not determine membership in the body.
The Church exists to worship God, teach truth, and help believers grow spiritually. Church should not be a museum for saints, nor should it be a hospital for sinners; it should be an outpost equipping saints with the weapons of spiritual warfare.
Christian community provides encouragement, accountability, and support. While we have a singular faith, the wisdom of God draws us into community to help heal and sharpen each other.
We believe that God created humanity male and female, both bearing His image and equal in value.
Marriage is a sacred covenant between one man and one woman.
God calls all people to sexual purity and to treat every human life with dignity and respect.
We believe that believers are called to love God and love others. This is the highest calling of a believer and when it is practiced according to God's design, allows us to perfectly follow His law.
Every believer is called to share the gospel and help others follow Jesus. A disciple is not someone who agress with you, it is a person with a discipline that matches Jesus Christ: Loving, healing and Sacrificial.
Believers serve others through empathy, compassion, truth, and obedience to Christ.
We believe that physical death is not the end of life for a saved Christian. However, new life starts today. We do not have to wait until we die in order to inherit the new life Jesus has made the Way for us to Live.
There will be a final resurrection and judgment for all people.
Believers will live forever with God in the new heaven and new earth.
We believe that Jesus Christ will return to the earth in glory to redeem it. All creation is eagerly awaiting that return.
Jesus defeated Satan in his finished work on the cross. Christ will defeat evil and establish His eternal kingdom which will redeem all creation in a new heaven and a new earth where God and man live together in the new Eden.
Believers live in readiness and hope as they await His return.
We confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, the only Savior and the ultimate authority over heaven and earth.
Only in Him do we find forgiveness, freedom, identity, and eternal life.
Until His kingdom fully comes, we stand as His ambassadors—proclaiming truth to the deceived, hope to the broken, freedom to those in bondage, and victory to those who choose to live from His victory.
"But thanks be to God! He gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ." — 1 Corinthians 15:57
